Gabor Mate : One Man every parent must listen at least once

One of the most grounded work and word on parenting and childhood is that of Gabor Mate. Gabor himself had a really tough childhood and spent a lot of time understanding addiction. He found that most of addiction and similar self harming behavior has deep connection with our childhood traumas. He is one voice you will find soothing yet penetrating at the same time.
